The co***ny produces all types of tomato past with different packing, such as high concentrated tomato paste packed in 220 liter aseptic aluminum foil bags in drum and in 1000 liter aseptic aluminum foil bags in wooden bin; canned tomato paste, tomato puree,tomato sauce;diced tomatoes, and whole peeled tomatoes,also soft pouch package and glass bottle package for tomato paste, tomato sauce, and tomato puree.
Under our co***ny, there are two tomato paste factories, Xinjaing Hong Tongtong Food Group Co***ny, is located in Xinjiang area, in the North-west of China where the main area for high quality industry tomatoes growing in China. This factory mainly produces aseptic packing high concentrated tomato paste in drum or bins with 3 production lines imported from Italy with total processing capacity 3000 mts fresh tomatoes per day, the products are mainly used for our tomato paste re-packing factory as raw materials.
Another factory equipped with state-of-the art technology, Hong Tongtong (China) Co., Ltd., is located in Xiamen, a beautiful city in South-east China, this factory equipped with four imported up to date advanced production lines including filling, seaming and sterilization for canned tomato paste, sauce, puree and ketchup production with different brix with can sizes from 70gram to 5kg.
We also have an up-to-date advanced tin plate color printing factory and an empty can making factory installed with four imported production lines for can body making and 3 lid making lines with which we are able to produce any size colour printing cans for tomato products packing.
Because of the raw materials, the aseptic packing tomato paste, is mainly supplied from our own factory in Xinjiang, from growing of tomatoes in the field to processing into high concentrated tomato paste in aseptic packing until filling into cans, all the procedure is under fully con
